We are currently recruiting for a Senior Manager for our Global Talent Development team to be responsible for leading a team UK and US who support, through development interventions, the overall business needs and long term goals of the company across International, and globally Product and Technology learning. This role provides input to strategy and direction of Global Talent and Development. This role is within the Global Talent Management function. This role will work with senior business stakeholders and be part of the International HR leadership team. Focus on leading and driving our global approach to technology and product training and has accountability for the operational execution of orientation, onboarding, sales, business and professional development learning in International.
This role is a fixed term contract for a 12 month maternity cover.
This roles requires inidividuals to provide input to strategy and direction of Talent and Development. This role is part of the global Onboarding and Professional Development Academy (OPDA). This role focuses on leading and driving our global onboarding strategy and associated orientation, onboarding, business and professional development learning efforts which include the development of manager capability.
