Overview & Responsibilities

To manage the Contract Processing function for the International region. This role will have a high degree of stakeholder relationship building and management as well as an operational requirement of managing contract verification tasks alongside direct reports with a view of being process oriented and focusing on improving existing internal processes & maximising revenue.



  • Manage, train and develop the Contract Processing Team and coordinate workload for the team
  • Build on the current team to support the global expansion of new business units, products and business integrations
  • Proactively identify improvements to current processes and implement these in line with internal control and GAAP requirements
  • Actively develop and implement improvements to the ‘customer experience’
  • Assist with the implementation of the new Contract Processing system and work with the relevant parties to implement further enhancements
  • Assist with flash reporting and revenue forecasting as well as providing explanations on movements in revenue
  • Troubleshoot Contract Processing issues as they arise
  • Build excellent stakeholder relationships with Segment leaders, country managers and US counterparts to facilitate knowledge sharing and global best practice
  • Maintain accurate customer account information
  • Responsible for validation of all customer commercial agreements within the specifications of our guidelines
  • Liaising direct with Sales and support individuals to highlight errors in submitted documents, escalating issues as required
  • Input the data from the Commercial agreements into the billing system (ORACLE)



  • Proactive individual with proven commercial experience in managing a multi-currency billing and/or revenue related function.
  • Process oriented individual with a good grasp of revenue recognition criteria and SOX regulations
  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills
  • Self-driven; ability to manage own position and direct reports with minimum direct supervision
  • Computer literate with working knowledge of Excel
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to perform analytically with a high degree of accuracy
  • Previous Oracle experience is desirable but not essential
  • Responsible for adhering to company security policies and procedure as directed.
