As an Inside Sales Rep you will opportunities directly for the sales team specifically through online chat (10%), emails (10%), outbound phone calls (50%), LinkedIn campaigns (10%) events (10%) and other activities (10%), working closely with our APAC and International Sales teams.
In this position, we will train you on our internal processes, the cloud computing industry, Rackspace multiple Cloud products and services and how to sell competitively while delivering high-quality, qualified opportunities yielding the company's growth objectives. This is an entrance role to Rackspace which provides great insight into Rackspace’s sales and operational processes.
The diversified daily tasks, ongoing trainings and assessments help the individual to build up commercial understanding for more experienced roles in Rackspace in either Sales or Technical Pre-Sales in preparation for their career path within Rackspace
