To develop & drive the SDR function in Rackspace, develop contacts within our Commercial and Enterprise business sectors. Leading a team of 4 Rackers working as and with Sales Development Reps, contributing to a growth team target. You will be adept at doing the role yourself, daily and coaching and guiding the Team and reporting on success and progress on a daily basis. The team will act as feeder of opportunity / lead generation function to Sales teams as well as a future talent sales talent perspective, should you desire to make that move. Finding the customers with the next 'big' projects is the nirvana state. You will align with the current sales managers team, working with your peers to achieve the company's goals for sustainable growth.
This role maybe an opportunity for someone currently doing this role, that has ambitions to step up to leading a team and being trained in the principle of leadership from a global cloud services company with future ambitions of becoming a manager.
