  • Overview & Responsibilities

    • Provide customers with 24X7X365 support of their Production Environment.
    • Support of Oracle EBS Applications-troubleshooting and resolving configuration, transaction, data,
    • period-close issues and answering ‘how to’ questions, as per industry best practices, for customer's Production environment.
    • Serve as a Primary/Secondary to Primary SA for a group of US based customers.
    • Troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis of production support related issues by leveraging My Oracle Support and Internal Knowledge Base. 
    • Pro-active period-end issue monitoring, identification and daily reporting using BAS Monitoring scripts.
    • Pro-active period-end issue resolutions. 
    • Create, monitor and manage Oracle Service Requests (SR) under Customer CSI. Follow various Technical and Organizational SOPs.
    • Support front-end application of all forms & HTML based Oracle Application
    • E-Business Suite modules version V11.x, 11.5.x, 12.x. The EBS Application modules include Financials, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, Human Resources, System Administration & Workflow applications.

    Qualifications

    • BS Computer Science or related field.
    • Functional Experience in Oracle Application modules including Financials (GL, AP, AR, CM, FA), Supply Chain Management (PO, INV, OM), Manufacturing (WIP, BOM, ENGG, Quality, MRP, WMS,OPM, ASCP), Human Resources Management System (HR, OTL, OTM, Payroll) , CRM (Service Contracts, Trade Management) System Administration & Workflow applications.
    • Experience in front-end application of all forms & HTML based Oracle Application E-Business Suite modules version V11.x, 11.5.x, 12.x.
    • Experience in Standard Integration between Oracle EBS modules.
    • Experience in SQL queries and Oracle
    • EBS data structures to troubleshoot issues from the backend.
    • Experience in other integration applications like Demantra, Agile.
    • Experience in the use of My Oracle Support portal for troubleshooting issues and in Oracle SR management.
    • Must be open to work in 24*7 support
