  • Overview & Responsibilities

    • Prepare & verify sales invoices as well as Sales statements
    • Liaise with operation team and ensure billing accuracy
    • Contact clients & complete all follow-up tasks associated with supplemental billing collection
    • Verify and review customer contracts for accuracy, completeness
    • Provide general clerical and administrative supports including data entry, filing, record keeping and updating files
    • Perform ad hoc assignment as required

    • Diploma holder or above with good command in written and spoken Mandarin & English
    • Minimum 1 year working experience in IT Industry is highly preferred
    • Knowledge of billing and account set up as well as China billing mechanism
    • Detail oriented, strong organization skills and ability to multi-task
    • Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word processing
    • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
    • Excellent communication skills (oral, written and presentation)
    • A “can do” attitude is a must
