  • Overview & Responsibilities


    The HR Business Partner has responsibility for the development and implementation of the people strategy for the ANZ region. Working alongside senior leaders and managers, the HRBP will support on all people matters, providing leadership, coaching and support to drive a high performance and results culture across the region.




    Execute the ANZ people plan, adapting it as appropriate to achieve the business goals of both International and client groups.


    • Revenue, profit, NPS, revenue per Racker, attrition, (measured at both the group and department level) and Engagement Survey
    • External awards (Best Companies/Great Places to Work)
    • Feedback from business stakeholders


    Develop and execute plans to identify and meet the talent and capability requirements of the client groups, leading the Talent Acquisition and Development initiatives.


    • Headcount and resourcing plans achieved
    • Regional training plans in place and to budget
    • Succession plans in place
    • Development plans in place for a high percentage of Rackers
    • % of internal moves


    Refine the job family and reward structures in place within the client groups so that we attract and retain Rackers, whilst incentivising high performance.

    Support the Racker engagement process within the client group, enabling leaders to maximise Racker engagement within their respective areas.

    Delivery of core reward processes such as merit, equity and bonus administration. Regularly reviewing the benefit offering is competitive within the markets we operate.

    • All reward processes complete on deadline and without error

    Work with line managers to successfully resolve all employee relations issues.

    Lead, coach and develop more junior members of the APAC team to complete HR activities across the region


    • Feedback on HR team effectiveness

    Support the client groups in delivering the performance management process on time and to high standards.

    Lead and co-ordinate HR projects as required

    • Projects delivered to achieve defined goals





    • Proven experience of being a successful business partner in a fast-paced, dynamic and energetic HR team and company
    • Proven experience working with a range of commercial business units and senior stakeholders, successfully helping them drive their people plans and performance
    • Excellent knowledge of HR practices and ANZ/HK employment law and experience of complex ER cases
    • Flexible personal style, proven ability to influence at all levels of an organization and challenge thinking in an appropriate, useful way
    • Excellent organization, interpersonal and communication skills
    • A fun, can-do attitude with that “bouncebackability” factor for when things don’t go as you expect
    • A genuine thirst for learning and proactiveness around wanting to improve, both themselves, others and process they work with
    • Experience of using HRIS systems
    • Relevant university degree or HR qualification
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint
