    We have an exciting opportunity for a Co-ordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team on an on-going temporary basis and be responsible for providing administrative support to our team of in-house recruiters.  If you are a highly organised Administrator/Co-ordinator with great communication skills who enjoy working within a fast paced environment then this could be the perfect opportunity for you!


    Key duties will include:

    • Uses Outlook to coordinate interviews with multiple interviewers, locations and time preferences
    • Schedules on-site, telephone and web interviews often involving complex and changing calendars
    • Sends accurate and timely interview confirmations to candidates including all required information for the interview - map, job spec
    • Liaises with Hiring Managers on availability for any interviews that need to be scheduled
    • Manages logistics of interview process, including travel arrangements. Manages expense reimbursement for the candidate ensuring they are kept up to date throughout the process
    • Ensures that the ATS is kept up to date by moving candidates through the workflow to the correct status and uploading interview feedback when required
    • Ensures an excellent candidate experience through prompt follow up and communication
    • Manages the recruitment e-mail inbox, including distributing CV’s to the correct recruiter and responding to queries in a timely manner
    • Co-ordinates Recruitment events: As required, ensures the effective management and coordination of recruiting events both internal and external to Rackspace.  Room bookings, attendee list etc
    • Ad hoc admin for the Talent Acquisition team as requested by either the Director of TA, or the Recruitment Managers 



    • Previous experience in a team co-ordination/administrative role advantageous
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Highly organised with strong time management skills and attention to detail
    • Able to act as a Brand Ambassador for Rackspace with the ability to consistently provide FANATICAL support
    • Solution orientated, able to overcome obstacles and solve problems
    • Strong team player, who collaborates well and is an active participant on the team
    • Strong communication skills, written and interpersonal and has the confidence to liaise up to Director level
    • Demonstrates initiative
    • Drive to succeed and commits to task
    • Flexible and adaptable to fast changing environment
