Rackspace is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to lead the marketing strategy and execution for our segment/field marketing team in the UK. Defines the GTM appropriate for assigned segment teams with the relevant products, solutions, and messaging for the target audience. Determines growth targets and the contribution expected from marketing in each segment. Works with the Sales Segment leaders to design the right acquisition marketing programs, x-sell and up-sell programs on IB, and with EMEA Marketing Services and Digital to ensure consistency between the campaign, messaging, and the website. Ensures that segment marketing programs are measured and executed on time, accurately, and successfully. Selects, manages, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
The candidate will have significant experience in creating successful, measurable integrated marketing programs to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth across multiple channels.
